The Facilities and Fleet Management Department provides comprehensive management and maintenance of city-owned assets including facilities, real property, and fleet vehicles. Industry standards, policies, streamlining of processes, and data-driven decisions lead the way to support these city services.
The department is responsible for three divisions: Asset Management, Facilities Management, and Fleet Management. These divisions are comprised of professional, skilled, and non-skilled labor.
