Miami Beach Volunteers Needed to Test WiFi Network Indoors - NO COMPUTER NECESSARY
As part of Miami Beach’s efforts to bring the community free Citywide WiFi, the city seeks residents and businesses to permit entrance into their home or business to test the WiFi Miami Beach network. No computer needed and no assembly required.
The home or business must be located within Miami Beach's boundaries and below the third floor of a building. Up to forty volunteer locations will be selected each day for a brief, 15-minute test. Selected participants will be contacted by phone or email. An independent contractor will be accompanied by a Miami Beach employee to conduct the indoor test.
The indoor testing will be part of the acceptance test of the WiFi Miami Beach network prior to its upcoming public launch.
