• COMMUNITY MEETING

     

    Special Events Community Meeting  -  As part of the special events permit process, public events and events that directly impact public areas are reviewed on the second Thursday of every month (unless otherwise noticed) at the Special Events Community Meeting, 2:00 PM at the Tourism, Culture & Economic Development Conference Room, 1755 Meridian Avenue, 5th Floor. Click this  link to view this current month's Community Meeting agenda or this link to review current relevant applications.  We will also be sharing at this Community Meeting the proposed changes to SPECIAL EVENTS REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES.
