Installation Instructions

Please follow the detailed instructions below in order to download and install the PEDDS Electronic Signing and Sealing application.

1. Download PEDDS

The first step is to download and install PEDDS from the FDOT Website. Please access the following link and follow the instructions step-by-step:

From the FDOT site, click on "PEDDS 3.2.1.0". The following window appears. You will need to enter you contact information, in order to proceed with the download:

Once you have entered all the relevant information, you will see the following page with a link.  To download the application, Click on "PEDDS 3.2.1.0" and the download will start.

The next window will ask, if you want to run or save this file.  Click on "Run"

The following set of screens are the Installation Wizard Screens .Click on "Next"

We recommend you install PEDDS in the default directory "C:\FDOT2008\APPS\PEDDS\". Select "Next"

Click "Next"

You have successfully installed the application! Click "Close."

Congratulations! you have now completed the PEDDS Installation. You are ready to electronically sign and seal your plans.
