EVENTS PARKING 


The Off-Street Division manages the City's parking facilities and special events. The primary responsibilities are the administration of contracted services for security, cashiers, facility maintenance and custodial services. The central office is located 1755 Meridian Avenue, 2nd Floor, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. Telephone:  (305) 673-7505. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm. The City's Parking Regulations are in effect twenty four hours.
