Under the direction of the City Engineer, the Transportation Division stewards all transportation, mobility, concurrency, and growth management efforts for the City. The Division works to provide linkages between the City's Land Use Transportation paradigms involving mobility, livability, accessibility and sustainability issues. The Division is composed of four sections: Transportation Planning; Traffic Engineering; Concurrency; and the Bicycle Program.
