UNIVERSAL LIFE INSURANCE
This plan offers additional life insurance coverage for you and, if chosen, your eligible dependents. You may choose the level of coverage you desire. Cost is based on coverage selected, and paid 100% by employees via payroll deductions. Cash value and interest are accumulated in your policy, which later can be withdrawn by you. Upon leaving the City's employ, including retirement, you may continue the coverage directly with the carrier with no change in rates or coverage via pension benefit deductions.
