Mr. Aguila has been practicing with the City Attorney's Office since 1993. Mr. Aguila handles real property transactions, asset management development, contracts and other general business matters, procurement matters, arts, culture and entertainment, as well as legislation related thereto. His responsibilities also include the drafting of ordinances, resolutions, and legal opinions on a variety of topics. Mr. Aguila handles Government in the Sunshine Law and Public Records Law issues. He is counsel to the City's Finance and Citywide Projects Committee; General Bond Oversight Committee; the Miami Beach Cultural Arts Council; and the Art in Public Places Committee.
