The Planning & Research Office Manager is responsible for annual reports, strategic plans, staff inspections and statistical information for effective agency management.  Other responsibilities include periodic audits and physical inspections of each component of the Department for compliance with all established policies and procedures, as well as all accreditation standards.  The results of the inspections are reported directly to the Chief of Police.  This provides the Chief with a timely and accurate picture of exactly how each division is performing in accordance with accreditation standards and Departmental policies.
