    Muss Park is located at 4400 Chase Avenue on Miami Beach. This park features a 2-5 year old play structure, a 5-12 year old play structure, spring riders, mega rock wall feature, telescope, opened grass area and shaded structure. This park is handicap accessible and is equipped with water fountains and restrooms that are opened for rentals. Muss Park is available to rent for events & parties, please call 305-673-7767 for more information.

    •  Residents:  $125  plus $8.75 tax                    
    •  Non-Residents:  $225  plus $15.75 tax                               
    •  $50 separate clean up deposit required (cash only) 
    •  Events lasting over 4 hours will be charged an additional $35 / hour 
    •  Above fee does not include tax, insurance or other costs

    •  Number of staff required to be determined by supervisor

    Additional costs may be added for field marking and set up preparation. 

    •  1/2 hour setup before event and 1/2 hour clean up included in 4 hour rental 
    •  Available Mon - Sunday (Sept - May) & Sat - Sun (Jun - Aug) 
    •  Not available on holidays 
    •  Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours

    •  Facility will be staffed during Party Rental hours. 
    •  Set up and clean up times are half an hour prior and after scheduled party, this includes set up and break down. 
    •  No ponies and petting farms permitted. 
    •  Cooking (open flame) is NOT permitted on site, only pre-cooked foods. 
    •  The renter is responsible to supervise all guests, party supplies and gifts. 
    •  Renter is provided a designated area; however, park is open to the public. 
    •  Absolutely no water activities permitted.
