    Series Fee: $55
    Let's play volleyball! Grab your co-workers and friends to play in our recreational volleyball leagues. Our leagues are fun and played in relaxed atmosphere! The adult volleyball league is Co-Ed 6's format. Free-agents and corporate teams are also encouraged to sign up! All teams are guaranteed 6 matches, plus a playoff match. Teams registering must pay the entire fee in order to hold a spot in the league. Rosters are due before the first match, but changes may be made up to the third week.

    Series Fee: $72
    Improve your volleyball skills with drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. You will learn to overhand serve and develop skills to play games. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

    Challenge your volleyball setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking with others in a competitive clinic. You will have a great workout moving through the EVP lesson plan in 60 minutes. If you do not get a workout while improving your skills then we are not doing our job! Your will learn to back set in game situation and jump serve to change the tempo of the game. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and plenty of games to keep your moving the entire time. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

    Improve your volleyball attack! Spiking 101 is for intermediate and competitive athletics who wish to improve their vertical jump and develop a smoother arm swing. Improving footwork and jumping is the primary aim. Class drills keep player focused on reach and power while plyo-metrics training enhances vertical jump. The 3-step approach will be taught along with transition hitting.

    Monthly Ceramic Classes for Beginners. Participants are offered the opportunity to learn the basics about ceramics and pottery. Program participants are provided with any materials they may need in order to created their own works of ceramic art.
