GETTING FUNDED The Housing and Community Development Division prepares competitive processes to select project sponsors for the programs it manages. The competitive process for each funding program is called a “Request for Applications” or RFA are publicly advertised in local newspapers. RFA’s are issued for the funding programs managed by the Division, which include the SHIP, CDBG and HOME programs.
